An annual general meeting of the Association shall be held on or about the August long weekend in each year.
The purpose of the meeting will be to receive annual reports, to elect if necessary the Executive for the ensuing term and to transact other business.
Each voting member in good standing represented at the Annual General Meeting shall have one vote on each motion put to the meeting. Motions will be passed by a simple majority of votes by a show of hands except changes to the constitution, which will require a two-thirds majority vote. Proxies are not accepted.
